just eat cheese, quick, easy and no washing up

you can make a ratatouille with the fresh veggies. and tofu. lightly saute everything in olive oil and then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. You can throw a handful of bowties into the mix while it’s cooking
Forget the breads and rice.
garlic and onion are the only “spices” you need. but you can always add a pinch of cinnamon of nutmeg to anything for a twist. Too bad you do not have sesame seeds. they are my current obsession.

you can go to sites and enter ingredients and get recipes

yummy to all u got!!!!
go for:
brown rice:
chop garlic and onion fry in olive oil.add brow rice.add chicken stock ,salt and pepper.after cooking in low fire for 10 minutes add green zucchini, tomato add mushrooms and white wine.it will be about ready in 10 or 15 more minutes.top with swiss cheese and a little of olive oil or butter when you have turned the stove off.
make a salad with fresh spinach, red peppers and baby carrots.
for appetizer i´d have the dried pita with some pepper jack !!!!

Baked Zucchini Gratin:
1 medium onion, sliced
2-3 lbs. zucchini or squash, sliced
1 stick butter/margarine, melted
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper, thyme to taste on each layer

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a greased casserole dish, layer onion and zucchini and season with salt and pepper. Pour a little of the melted butter over this layer. Sprinkle with some of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. (You can put cheese on each layer if you want or just sprinkle it on the top layer before the breadcrumbs.) Mix together bread crumbs and remaining butter and layer over the cheese mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 35-40 minutes until zucchini is fork tender.

You have all the ingredients for:

Grilled Tomatoes:
1. Take off the stalk and place the tomatoes on a baking tray. Cut four lines in the top of the tomato with a sharp knife.

3. Place under a medium grill and cook until the tomatoes are cooked through and have slightly browned on top.

Cheese and Tomato Pita
1. Cook the pitta and slice down the side.

Pastas
25g/ 1oz.Butter
2 Carrots and 2 courgettes.
400g/ 14oz.Pasta
