Will too much of a vinegar and water cleaning solution harm porcelain or ceramic tiles?

I made a cleaning solution to clean my tiles. I might of used too much vinegar in relation to the amount of water (like 50% vinegar and 50% water)

Will this vinegar on the floors hurt the tiles? What if I do not mop the tiles AFTER with pure water to get up the excess vinegar?

youll be fine..vinegar is a natural product and wont harm your things. it dries fast too no need to mop up

Vinegar is acidic, and if your it will not affect tiles but cement between tiles will do chemical process, so avoide acidic solution for cleaning tiles.

Saint Kabir

It will not harm the tiles or the grout, provided the grout is properly sealed. Following with a clear water mop isn’t always necessary but it will remove any dirt residue left behind.
The acidic volume of vinegar is low (4 to 8%) to begin with and diluting it with water makes it even weaker.

These tiles are non-porous so they will not be affected. If the grout is properly sealed you should have no problem there.

NO. You can use straight vinegar if you want, it’s a good cleaner and doesn’t leave a residue so no need to re-mop. Let the floor dry completely before walking on it or you may have slight foot marks. Vinegar never needs to be rinsed out.
