Will I lose weight if I do this?



45minutes to 1 hour on the Exercise bike.

45 minute work out dvd for Abs and Arms by leisa hart with my 5pound weights.

Some walking

and Healthy eating ( lots of leafy green vegetables, whole grains, legumes, healthy nuts, fruit organic lean meats)

Will the exercising help me?

Starting weight 155

Current weight 130 ( I was 125 last week but gained 5 pounds fast)
Also been stuck at this weight range for the last 3 months or more.

Goal weight 115

Height 5’3 and 1/2 almost 5’4.

So I want to lose 15 pounds of pure fat. I dont care how long it takes I just want it to come off healthy and slow and Ill do whatever it takes.
Thanks I just brought the bike today haha, I remeber years back It toned my legs alot so I thought of buying another 1.

Yes it will help greatly, just keep it up!

Ignore that idiot,i think the weight you’ve lost so far is fantastic.
If you’ve hit a stumbling block try changing your exercise regime,i find that once your body has got used to a certain way of exercising you can stop loosing weight so you need to try something different.

Limit your legumes (including peanuts). Eat almonds, macadamias and high fiber nuts. Drink slightly more water and/or herbal tea.

of couse u will lose weight doing that..
but at 130 lbs are a perfect weight for ure height…

wow! youve been doing a good job so far! keep up the work! fat is distributed evenly throughout your body, and muscle weighs more than fat, soooooooooooo you might be able to do it, but you might stay the same weight, but turn that fat into muscle!

ignore the ass holes above me who are probably five feet tall and weight 350 pounds. they’re just pissed because they have no idea how to lose weight since the only exercise they do is click a damn mouse button and ocassionally get up to eat their damn Big Macs. what you’re doing is great, girl. i’m so proud of you for losing that weight already. good for you!!!

that work out plan actually looks really good. i have a suggestion? I’ve heard that swimming laps, if you’re cool with that, is a great way to lose body fat. as long as you’re regular about it. good luck!

If you’ve been using the exercise bike a lot try to increase the resistance instead of increasing the time doing it. 30 minutes at a greater resistance is more effective than an hour at a comfortable pace. You can also try running or stairs to mix-up your cardio routine. Also keep in mind that the more muscle you build the more calories you’ll burn, and your legs have the largest muscles, so build them too, even if you want to target your abs and arms. That way your body is burning itself and you work less! Also make sure that you’re eating some proteins after your workout, like a greek yogurt, spoonful of peanut butter, or even a glass of lowfat milk. It will help your muscles repair themselves and get those calories burning! If you aren’t keeping a food journal then start. You realize all of the hidden calories that you don’t think about. You can also make sure that you’re eating enough calories. If you’re eating too few then your body will hold on to everything, and the same if you’re dehydrated. Keep going and don’t give up! If you still find yourself having trouble with those last 15lbs you may want to look into a cleanse for your body, a colon cleanse or even the Master cleanse, both are a great way to rid your body of toxins and give you a boost.
