will i gain weight because of what i ate today?



i ate an apple and pear with green tea for breakfast
Veg salad (tomato,lettuce,cucumber) with 150g oven baked cod fish (with no oil only spices and lime) and then i eat 2 more apples, a banana and 100 g of Buckwheat (kasha). will i gain weight, is this too much for day?

no that is not even enough dont be silly that is like starving yourself

no, it’s pretty good. you need more protein, but you got the other food groups.
