Why does my soy milk go weird in my coffee?
Every time I try and use soy milk in my coffee it rises to the top in bits like ‘off’ milk would. It’s brand new in the carton, kept fresh and cold. Am I not supposed to use soy milk in my instant coffee?

Nothing wrong with using soy milk in coffee. I’m not sure why it’s curdling. Maybe shake it first…?
Idk. I have not tried it, but, My mum always used ‘Rev’ in her coffee until it got too expensive now she just buys regular milk from coles and its fine. I only recommend soy milk in cereal. But if your ‘lactose intolerant’ then I cant help
I use soy milk for coffee all the time. Try different brands, some brands are better than others. I don’t get that problem, but sometimes it happens when I order a soy coffee from coffee shops. You may be over heating the soy milk and that could be why it’s reacting like that.
