Why does it seem when I use artificial sweetener that my shoulders sort of ‘lock up’ and are painful to move?

I stopped, and my shoulders stopped hurting, and when I got a drink mix with artificial sweetener they started hurting again. Is it possible to get something like arthritis from sweeteners?

how you react on certain food is largely dependent on your genetic make up . but still most of us experience health problems because of man made foods.
some of the side effects of artificial sweatners include arthritis and asthma

My husband could barely walk when he was using artificial sweetener. It is not unusual. Some people are very lucky and can take them without problems, but I know more people that have health problems that stem from their use. I would not use them , if I were you.

There are tons of reports about Nutrasweet causing muscle soreness and stiffness. This is an artificial sweetner that was released by the FDA without extensive testing due to the saccharin hysteria (which was found to be totally unfounded). It causes migraines in a lot of people also, which is just another form of muscle cramping. There are several other sweetners on the market, so attempt to avoid Nutrasweet and see if you have any problems.
