Why am I alergic to regular milk, lactose free milk and soy milk?

I thought I wa just lactose intolerant, however I tired different types of milk including soy, lactose free, organic, and silk. All of which don’t sit well with my stomach. Is there something else I can try? What am I really intolerant too?

You could have both a milk allergy and a soy allergy. Silk is soy milk too. Do other soy products bother you?

There are other milks you can try. Rice milk and almond milk are both easy to find. Avoid the almond if you have a nut allergy.

You could have an allergy to all those, and not be allergic to goat’s milk. Seriously, in my family, we have people who can only drink goat’s milk. I didn’t like the taste of it, until a local farmer decided to teach me what good goat’s milk tastes like. Farmer brought really cold, cold fresh goat’s milk for me and it tasted great!
Just curious, as I have noticed this in most of our cow’s milk allergy relatives: Do you have a darkness under your eyes? That can be a real give away for allergy to cow’s milk and/or soy milk.

I have the same issue. I tried Almond Breeze and it was delicious. 48 hours later I was sick again. So, I don’t know.
