Man, I gotta have me some of the PIMPkin pie! Sounds awesome.
my mother always bakes a special greek dish called pastitsio. It is very filling, and consists of big pasta noodles, beef, tomatoes, and a crispy top crust made of parmesan cheese, eggs, and heavy cream. It is very fattening, so we only bake it on holidays, but it has become a tradition. Very similar to lasagna, but the noodles are different. We also make cheese triangles and spinach triangles to go along with the turkey.
PS – I love egg nog too!
Im excited for the holidays, as I will get a couple of days off work as well
delicious!!!! how about mashed potatoes & gumbo…
