In my store they are both found in the Organics section/Health food section. Try looking there sometime too.
If you have a Whole Foods near you, they have the seeds in their “Bulk” section.
Also, they have the largest variety of Flax seed products on the planet.
Hopefully, you have one around you somewhere.
Ask the cashiers lol.
Flax seed oil will be in the pharmacy/health section. They are normally together. Sunflower seeds look in snacks, salad dressings or spices. I’ve seen them in all 3 places.
At my local Wal-Mart I find all of their sunflower seeds salted/unsalted, dried banana chips, and other health food stuff at the beginning of the vegetable/produce department there is an endcap there that has all of those goodies. Mind you it is not a huge selection but it is there.
