Peanut oil is commonly used in fast food places, especially ones that serve fried fish, because it is the best for not holding onto flavors. Just ask and they’ll tell you what oil they use.
Make them yourself.
Chick Fil A fries all of their food in peanut oil.
With a lot of peanut allergies out there I doubt that you can buy french fries fried in peanut oil commercially. Most probably do use canola oil these days. You can buy both peanut oil and canola oil at your local grocery store and make your own.
