Where can I find a recipe for a sugar free Easter Egg?
My husband wants a Fruit and Nut Easter Egg. Every recipe I’ve found, uses 2 boxes of powdered sugar Is there is any sugar free subsitute, for powdered sugar? I know Splenda can be used in place of regular sugar, but what can you replace powdered sugar with? I can’t even find a sugar free Fruit and Nut Egg to buy, just fudge, peanut butter, coconut. and vanilla. Can anyone help me?

splenda can be made into powdered sugar but may be a tad bit expensive to do it for that amount
Powdered Sugar
• Preparation Time 5 min.
• Makes1/2 cup
ingredients
• 3/4 cup SPLENDA* Granular
• 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
directions
Place ingredients in blender jar. Cover and blend until SPLENDA* Granular is a very fine powder.
Use instead of powdered sugar for garnishing cakes and pastries.
