What’s the difference between butter and margarine?
I know margarine is made out of oils, and butter milk, but I mean the taste.
I’m allergic to butter, and we only use margarine in my household,so I don’t really know the difference.
Are the textures different?

Nothing compares to real butter….tastewise, and quality of the outcome in cooking. You will never hear a chef talk about using margarine.
Margarine is mostly vegetable oil, whereas butter is made from milk.
Look for a soy butter to use rather then margerine. I have not tried it yet but I know it is out there.
Butter is natural.
Margerine is one chemical reaction away from being a plastic. And you put the in your body every day.
