What’s the best way to carry flax seeds everywhere for sprinkling on my meals?
I’m a vegetarian who wants to add flax seeds to all my meals. Since most of my day I’ll be out and about or at the office, what’s the best container or way to take my stash with me, wherever I go?

small Tupperware spice container..it had big holes for sprinkling and it fits in a purse
Have you tried the sprouted ones? More nutrients and you don’t need to grind ‘em.
You could put them in an empty pill bottle if you can find one. That will help protect them. They should be fine in just a Zip lock bag, though. Keep ‘em dry!
To your health!
