Whats a good recipe that I can make with pork chops?
I have Red Wine Vinaigrette, fresh Rosemary sprigs, also some garlic. I bought these for a recipe I found yesterday, thinking I would make it tonite, but didn’t read the full recipe, which called for leaving it in fridge for 12 hours. And I want to start cooking very soon and eat it soon. What can I make still using these ingredients? I also have Olive Oil, and a few other things. Think I will make the chops with Mashed Potatoes. Thanks!

BREADED PORK CHOPS
Boneless Pork Chops
Clean and wash Pork Chops. Clean residue off with butter knife. Rinse bone parts well if using boned pork chops.
Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Scramble some eggs with a little milk added in a dish. Dip pork chops in egg and flip side to side. You may have to add more eggs. Keep beating or turning over the mixture with a fork often.
Add some more salt and pepper, then roll in cracker meal or crumbs.
Brown in an electric frying pan in butter for about 15 minutes.
(May be stored in refrigerator until used.) Place in dripping pan with small amount of water to steam. Keep moist. Bake at 325°F for about 1-1/2 hours.

GARLIC AND ROSEMARY PORK CHOPS
2 teaspoons dried rosemary or two to three sprigs fresh
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
4 (6 ounce) boneless center-cut pork loin chops, trimmed of fat
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup low-sodium beef broth
In a small bowl, combine rosemary, ground pepper, and salt; rub rosemary mixture on pork chops. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; stir the garlic into the melted butter, then place the pork chops in the skillet. Cook the pork chops 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Turn the heat down to low, pour in the beef broth and simmer for 35 to 45 minutes, or until pork chops are fully cooked.
Serve with mashed potatoes and a wilted spinach salad with red wine vinegarette dressing and crumbled bleu cheese!!
Here is a good citrus pork chop recipe for grilling.
Ingredients:
Pork Chops 4-5
olive oil “for grilling” 3-4 tbsp
Marinade
cumin 3 tbsp
cilantro “fresh”
parsely 5 tbsp
Salt 3 tbsp
pepper 3 tbsp
orange Juice 1/2 cup
Garlic “mashed” 1 tbsp
Put all the marinade in a bowl and add the pork chops into the pool. Marinade for 1-3 hours. Grill on high heat to get those beautiful grill marks and caramelizing. Depending on the thickness of the pork, times may vary. Internal temperature should be 160 degrees.
