Cheesecakes are easy and cheap to make, There are a variety of different ones you could make.

Lemon Meringue Pie

snowy black forest.
brownies topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzled with cherry pie filling.

Some where I have an Italian cookbook that has meringues filled with strawberries and drizzled with chocolate. Some day I do so want to try them.

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 container coolwhip
1 lemon
1 lime
1 container lemonade concentrate (frozen)
1 premade graham cracker crust

Zest both lemon and lime into a bowl, then squeeze juice into same bowl. Mix together everything except crust. Pour mixture into crust and freeze. Comes out like a frozen key lime pie, sort of. Good luck.

Okay Get two parts sugar, and one part water and bring it to a boil, stir until dissolved and cover and kill the heat, let sit for 5-6 minutes. Mean while bring water with ginger pieces, bay leaf or two, and enough pears to fit, you could really use any fruit that has the flesh that resembles a pear, like you know an apple, etc. Bring that to a boil and then simmer until the fruit are soft, probably 10-15 minutes. remove the pears and bring the liquid up to a rolling boil, reduce the liquid until it is syrupy, or until it is reduced by about half. When that texture is achieved mix it with the sugar water mixture you made, taste it and adjust the seasoning, remember to add a small pinch of salt, as weird as it sounds but, you see when salt touches you tongue it dehydrates your taste buds and opens them up, thus you can taste better. So add like 1/8th of a teaspoon of kosher salt to the liquid when you add the pears. Mean while cook a cup of medium grain rice, when that is done put it in a pot with enough water to cover by 1 1/2 inches. Add 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground cinnamon, one bay leaf, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice, and 1/8 teaspoon of ground cloves, 2/3rds of a cup of whole milk, bring all that to a boil, drop to a simmer and cook until it looks like rice pudding, remember to stir often, because this will burn very easily. Slice the pears put down the rice pudding, in a bowl, top with the pear slices and top with the sauce. If your feeling fancy you can top it with some mint.
ENJOY

Best chocolate chip cookies ever!!. easy and fun to make too.
Servings per recipe: 18 cookies

Ingredients:

1.1 stick of unsalted butter (melted)
2.¾ cup brown sugar
3.¾ cup sugar
4.2 eggs (cracked)
5.1 tsp vanilla
6.2 ¼ all-purpose flour
7.¾ tsp baking soda
8.1 tsp salt
9.1-12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

Put the flour in one medium-sized bowl. Take out another, bigger bowl and use a whisk to mix the salt, vanilla, eggs, sugar, brown sugar, and butter. After mixing for one minute, add ¼ of the flour. Mix another minute or so, then add another ¼ of the flour. Do this until there is no more flour. After the flour (all of it) is mixed in with the other ingredients, knead it with your bare hands (you might want to wash your hands before starting to make the cookies) until the dough is strong, but flexible. Then add all of the chocolate chips, or however much you want. Knead until chocolate chips are inside and outside of dough. Get an ice cream scooper, or an item about the same volume, and scoop out dough into balls. Place the doughballs on the tray (you’ll most likely need 2 large trays) so that there are 18 (you can also make however much you want depending on how many people are splitting them). After doughballs are on tray (which has been washed and coated with wax paper and sprayed with cooking pan oil), put them in oven and cook them for 15-20 minutes. And ta-da! You have delicious chocolate chip cookies!

i just wanted to let u know that this is my recipe i didn’t take it from anyone else. good luck, you might need to buy a few of the ingredients though. PS the reason the 1/4 stuff like that is all fancy is cause i copied and pasted this from my microsoft word to avoid having to write it all. see, i printed out the recipe after i typed it in my word so i could give it to my friends.
