what no carb meals can I eat for breakfast and does flax seed help to burn fat ?



Im on a very low carb diet and want to know what meals for breakfast and lunch can I have that wont make me pack up the weight again , Im overweight now 80 pounds, and also does flax seed help loose weight ?

Eggs and Bacon = no carb + high protien, keeps you full longer

You can have grilled chicken on salad
Hard Boiled Eggs
Veggies – Carrots, broccoli etc.
Avoid Breads, but if you would like a sandwhich, I would eat one just have high protien. (Wraps have just as many calories and carbs as bread in most cases!)

Steak-ums
Anything with beef – eat leftovers, tacos salads, etc.

Use rice instead of noodles

Avoid fast food!! You can make chicken yourself or get it from a restaurant but for some reason when you make it yourself it’s about 250 calories less per serving.

If you MUST eat fast food, I would suggest Subway or Taco Bell – both have the least amount of calories when eating out, plus it IS possible to lose weight with Subway, just expensive in the long run. (You can make a sub yourself for about $1.00 at the most)

Flax seed is very good for you and may help promote weight loss. It is good for other things like your heart as well and keeps you full longer.

*edit* Oh yeah, and DO NOT drink diet. It’s actually been shown that people who drink diet pop gain 10 more lbs per year. If you must have soda just drink regular.

Also, you can use Stevia as a healthy sugar substitute. It’s sweeter than sugar so you need less of it, and it is all natural. (Make sure on the package that it just has the stevia extract.)

If you drink Green Tea with Stevia instead of sugar or honey it is pretty healthy for you. :-D

when i first started low carbing i ate alot of eggs, alot of times it was bacon and eggs

i use flaxseed all the time as well, tons of fiber and omega 3′s, i put it in a protien shake and that fills me up a little more than just the protien, i use a cereal from sam’s club called flax plus, has 7g of fiber, not too many carbs though maybe too high for a super low carb diet

flax seeds are a good idea though, i got sick of not having bread and make a little muffin type thing, 2 tablespoons melted butter, a little vanilla and an egg, mixed up, then add 2 table spoons of flax ( i do more) one packet of splenda, a little cinnomen maybe, and one teaspoon of baking powder, cover that with a napkin or something after mixing it up in a cereal bowl, then two minutes in the microwave

so it has your fiber and egg there, maybe a fried egg on top and its a whole breakfast

Look into virgin coconut oil for your fat needs – thecoconutdiet.com. Flax is good, so is extra virgin olive oil….but the coconut oil is where its at for weightloss.
