What kind of honey should I use for acne?

I’ve heard really good things about honey and cinnamon powder for acne. But, I’m a little worried. I have fairly dry skin, but I have a few greasy spots, as well. I know that honey is really moisturizing, and when I moisturize regularly, my skin does look much better. So is honey alright for my skin?

Also, I’m guessing that honey with sugar in it is not good for the skin. Right? Or is it okay to use sugared honey?

it that type of honey that is in the bear shaped bottle….my neighbor and her friends used to do that..i was thinking about this the other day but i wasnt sure if i should…

Honey is generally good for your skin as well as a good moisturizer. However, I don’t think there is such a thing as honey with no sugar in it. If you are referring to something like honey with added sugar, then no, you probably shouldn’t use it. Look for natural honey without preservatives, because they aren’t so good for your skin.

It’s lovely with pancakes and whipped cream. Try washing your face twice a day with Neutrogena soap. It worked for me a treat for me.

We hear a lot of things and i am a bit cautious unless I can at least verify some of the information. I have posted elsewhere that I know someone who used a natural product and got great results-the product was features on national Tv – see it below.
