What is the name/menu of Japanese famous ‘half-fried half life” fish served onto the plate?
I don’t mean to try, but quit interesting. A Japanese friend ever told me that we can’t eat any meat raw, because our body ‘machine” is not created to eat meat. Instead, even for the famous sushi, they add condiments to avoid “side-affect” and unpleasant taste & smell. For any meat for instant, most of them could not be eaten raw, nevertheless cooking without salt or ingredient, the person will spit it out. Another reason is that we must cook them well to kill the germs before eating. Human stomach acidity pH 4 to 5 with food in stomach not ideal for “raw” meat, unlike Carnivore and Omnivore with less than or equal to pH 1 with food in stomach. However, I also seen in the TV that people eat earthworms like noodles. (Pls don’t mistaken me, indeed I doubt our body can accept raw meat perfectly…then nothing wrong with the God’s “artificial engineering”).
Please don’t answer like usual way “overpopulation”, “meant to kill”, faith and believe alone. If so with source, statististic, analysis is much appreciated.
