What is the difference between coconut oil capsules and the regular oil itself?
Is their a difference between the pill form from the oil form. Which type should I get to help have a bowel movement everyday also. Sorry I know TMI! Is there a difference between virgin coconut oil and the regular coconut oil? Any info with someone that has used it would be great! Please tell me if it has helped with anything! Thanks

I have used virgin coconut oil. I love it!! It does help with digestion. I do not suggest the pill form. Take it natural, out the jar.. U just have to get used to the texture. You will need a little juice after you take it at first. Good luck!
