what is the difference between coconut oil and virgin coconut oil?
im looking for a new remedy for my hair and body and i’ve finally come across something that i can really depend on.. COCONUT OIL!
but i’ve been googling and youtubing and i see that there two differnt types of coconut oil.. one looks like its an actual coconut oil, you know, all transparent and stuff. and the other one is very condensed and white and thick… and i was wondering if the condensed coconut oil is just plain coconut oil and not the virigin type..
help!

I have no clue…Sorry….
Virgin coconut oil is more pure, typically it hasnt had anything at ALL done to it.I’m guessing it would probably be thicker.
usually condensed coconut oil is just plain.
Virgin coconut oil is made from pressed fresh coconuts. Non virgin coconut oil is made from coconuts which are dried first and then pressed. The main difference is that virgin tastes and smells like coconuts while non virgin does not. Either type will solidify into a white solid as it cools or can be processed so that it stays solid.
