One comment a "What is the difference between Cayenne and Chilli?"
In Australia – Cayenne is one of the few specific named varieties of dried hot chilli and is ground up to a powder to make a very hot spice.
Chilli is a pepper that comes in a variety of heat measurements from 1 – 10 – 10 being the hotest.
We either use it fresh or dry the seeds and put that in food
