Well beans and paes are two diffent vegetable, peas are round. and beans are oval.You can find both of them canned, jarred, dried or fresh. peas, sweat peas or black peas.
black beans, red beans, regular beans princessbeans, giant beans. lot of varieties of both of them probably more then i just mentionned. I guess you could use either of those for your recipe, just try , you might even be suprised.
