what is the best table food for my 7 month old son?
i want to take him off the jars now but i am worried how much salt is in our food, i do not add salt to my cooking but most foods already contain salt. what is the max does of salt a day for a baby. HELP!

A 7 month old shouldn’t be having any added salt in their diet. It’s probably best to prepare some special food for your baby, like mashed pumpkin or other fruit and vegies – no need to add salt. You can make extra and freeze it in small portions so it’s ready whenever you need some
