What is on your Thanksgiving Dinner List?
So what is everyone here making this year?
I try to out-do myself every year.
And want to make food that makes everyone amazed I can make it that good.
And I wanna know what you guys have, so maybe I can try a new dish this year.
I haven’t planned it out permanently yet, but I THINK I’m having:
Turkey
Chicken
Cornbread Chicken Dressing
Giblet gravy-non giblet
Mashed Potatoes
Corn on the cob
Kernel corn-for those with bad teeth.
Macaroni and cheese.
Rolls.
Green Bean casserole.
Cranberry sauce
Broccoli and Cheese
Tossed Garden Salad
Homemade Ranch Dressing
Homemade Banana Pudding
Chocolate Lava Cake
Homemade Carrot cake
Sweet potato pie
Pecan Pie
Deviled Eggs
Mixed Fruit
and…
I think that’s about it.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Anything I should add in there.
Hmm..
I been thinking bout making a dish with assorted veggies. And some ranch dip.
And another dish
with tostada chips and homemade spicy cheesy con quesa cheese.
I kinna rather have cheddar cheese, like velveeta with maybe some jalapeno and some chilli?
But everytime i try making cheese dip,, my cheese gets too hard and thick to dip after i remove it from heat.

It looks like you will be busy making dinner for your very fortunate family. The one thing I look forward to every year is Mother buttermilk pie, but it looks like you have the desert area covered.
With Dinner and desert taken care of, have you thought any about small snacks/apps to have out? Some kind of dip maybe. A dinner as good as you have going on will attract the grazers.
McDonalds and Blue Bell Ice Cream

Ham
Mashed Potato’s w/gravy
Dressing
Green beans
Macaroni and cheese
Broccoli cole slaw
Candied yams
Cranberry sauce
A platter of raw veggies w/ranch dip
Yeast rolls
Pumpkin roll
Pumpkin pie w/whipped cream
Fruit ball w/graham crackers
As for your cheese dip, you can buy a small crock pot to keep it heated.
Wow….your dinner sounds delicious….can I come over?
But seriously, here is what we are having:

sweet potatoes
pumpkin pie
