What is a natural alternative soy milk?

I don’t like milk so I started drinking soy milk. Then I heard that most of the good stuff in soy milk is injected into it. I’m guessing the same goes for nut and rice milk too. So, is that true? And if so, what is a better alternative that still does the same thing for you as milk?

You can easily make your own rice, oat, buckwheat, quinoa, or nut milks at home with nothing more than a blender and something to strain it through. I add just a touch of raw agave nectar to it, or thicken it with a little tapioca starch depending on what I want to use it for. That way, you control exactly what goes in to it, without the preservatives, plus its MUCH cheaper-just a few cents per quart. I use only organic grains or nuts, preferably the raw, whole groat.
