cream cheese?
you cant eat yogurt because of the diary products or what? because you can buy soy yogurt regular. it doesnt taste like anything..
and try honey to substitute it.
I have used Sour Cream as an excellent substitute for yogurt, but sometimes it is a little thick in consistency and I add a tiny bit of water to it to make it more “yogurt” like.
Another excellent substitute is Kefir. But if you have problems digesting the yogurt, I would stick with sour cream. Buttermilk can also work well in recipes that are more of a liquid nature, such as creams, sauces, or puddings.
Substitute any of the following for 1 cup of plain yogurt:
1 cup buttermilk or sour milk
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese, blended until smooth
