What if a vegan suddenly ate dairy or meat?

Situation 1: What if a strict vegan of ten years suddenly ate something with the smallest amount of dairy butter in it? Would they get sick?

Situation 2: What would happen if a vegan of ten years suddenly ate steak with butter and eggs and had a glass of milk?

Suddenly???? Lightening would rain down from heaven and strike them….no really….Nothing.

ITS OK AS LONG AS IT WAS AN ACCIDENT

1. Maybe a little nausea but nothing to serious.

2. Probably a whole lot of vomiting.

If a vegan were to suddenly eat a steak, eggs, etc, he or she would more than likely experience cramping, nausea, possible vomiting, etc. The body’s systems after ten years would not be used to processing dairy and meat products.

On the other hand, a drop of dairy probably wouldn’t hurt. If a vegan were to resume eating animal products again, the way to do it would be to slowly phase these types of foods in starting with the easiest to digest and working their way up to heavy meats, etc.

1. No

2. No

Your body doesn’t get used to processing anything. You eat, your body reacts. You eat veges, your body produces the enzymes to digest the veges. You eat meat, your body produces the enzymes to digest the meat. Your body doesn’t “forget” how to do this over time.

If you were celibate for 10 years would your equipment not work right?

1. Maybe.
2. Who knows.
