What finally cured your body acne?

My husband (25yrs old) suffers with body acne. He has tried abstaining from milk products (I have a milk allergy that makes me break out), he has tried avoiding sun, catching sun, safflower oil, you name it… i’m trying to find out what everyone else has done that cured their body acne. We don’t have the money for a dermatologist (college students, no insurance, no insurance available through school – yes we’ve checked). So, what worked for you? We’re not afraid to try vitamins, etc…
he’s average weight, rarely drinks, does not take suppliments…. healthy. He’s very healthy.
I can assure you, we are both VERY stress free.

Maybe it’s caused by stress.

Accutane. Nothing else has worked. I’ve even gotten “facials” on my back which included extractions on your back. Hurt, and didn’t even help. Go to a dermatologist and ask about Accutane.

One word my friend…Roaccutane!

I have had bad acne for many many years and trust me it was a real pain for me…i hated it terribly!

I have been on MANY products such as proactiv(which when you finsih using it brings out the pimples worst), neatrogena,clearasil, ambi and many more!

None of them worked for me beause when i finished using the proactiv which was a waste of my momey the pimples came back out soooooo much worst than it was in the beginning!

I suffered from back acne from the time I was 11 all the way to 17. The summer I would tan and it would really help with the bacne. But then it just stopped, but of course I have random breakouts from time to time. A lot of it could have to do with his diet, and if he ever exfoliates and moisturizes regularly. It doesn’t take a fancy cleanser to do that.
