		<description>I think it is good but you should try to avoid eating after 7pm. Try having dinner at about 6pm and avoid snacking after!

Maybe you should no have a pasta bake for dinner as this is the time when your metabolism slows down and you burn less calories and fat, maybe stick to something lighter! 

You eat a well balanced diet though which is great, try to include some protein.

At the moment I would rate this a 8/10, depending on your exercise.
What you are eating is great but maybe shuffle it about and the meal times are slightly off!</description>
