What do you think of my diet?
Do I eat healthy? What grade would you give such a diet?
Breakfast: 7:30am
ROWSBQ (rye, oatmeal, wheatena, spelt, barley, or quinoa–my favorite grains)
1 cup of skim milk
2 tbsp wheat germ or flax seed
2 tbsp honey
MOCAJAP (mango, orange, cherimoya, avocado, jackfruit, asian pear, pineapple–my favorite fruits)
10:30AM snack: apple OR berries
Lunch: 12pm
Spinach, Romaine, or mixed green salad
Mushrooms
Tomatoes
2 other vegetables
Balsamic vinegar
Low-fat yogurt
1 Serving of Fish
4:30pm Snack: MOCAJAP
Dinner: 7:30pm
My Creations (usually pastistio, lasagna, pasta bake, etc)
1 serving of vegetables
1 other tasty fruit as dessert
10:30pm snack: 1 OR 2 servings of vegetables
What I’m most concerned about is whether or not it’s extremely healthy.

you eat so good, i have a hard time believing it. keep it up!
I think it is good but you should try to avoid eating after 7pm. Try having dinner at about 6pm and avoid snacking after!
Maybe you should no have a pasta bake for dinner as this is the time when your metabolism slows down and you burn less calories and fat, maybe stick to something lighter!
You eat a well balanced diet though which is great, try to include some protein.
At the moment I would rate this a 8/10, depending on your exercise.
What you are eating is great but maybe shuffle it about and the meal times are slightly off!
you have way to much spare time and you should just chilax and stop worrying about what your eating.
its good but you need to eat some kinda meat, like steak, fish(tuna, salmon)
and have some kinda dairy like milk,yogurt,or, cheese
