You could make lots of things..

Spaghetti with tomatoe sauce and chicken sounds good.

pound out the pork cutlets – and then take the apples and potato flakes and make a “stuffing” with spices. roll up the pork into involtini and bake

that’s what i would throw together!

type your ingredients at this site and they will give you suggestions as well as recipes.

Make small buckwheat crepes, use either the chicken or pork meat with the frozen veggies, make a white sauce out of onion, chicken stock, from the browned bits in the pan from prepping your chicken (or pork) add some – milk, cream, yogurt, mayonnaise – and some velveeta, stir into veg and meat mixture, stuff and roll crepes, brown in oven with a little sauce on top. Or layer potatoes, onions, apples and pork chops like this :
apples, potato slices, onion slices pork chops, onion slices, potaotes, apples. Pour on a little white vinegar ( this takes the place of sauerkraut) and water, salt and pepper, bake at 375, covered for 45 minutes to one hour.Good with noodles.
You’ve got tons of stuff there…I agree, I could live for some time off of these ingredients! :)

Wow – I could make a weeks worth of meals from that list! Sounds like you can just mix and match – maybe you can come up with your own signature dish! Have fun and try some different things out – see what you come up with. Cooking is for fun – not just for food!

A LOT OF GOOD THINGS.

Take the onions and chop them up in a pan with some olive oil

Cook them for 5 minutes.

Season the pork cutlets with S&P and place them in the pan with the onions.

Season with parsley and a bit of oregano.

Add 1/4 of tomato sauce and a 1/4 of water.

Cook for 10 minutes with lid on.

Remove lid and cook for 5 minutes for some evaporation of liquid to take place.

Turn off and put lid back on pan and let it sit there for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile.

Cook the spaghetti noodles and drain.

Add hot melted velveeta cheese and this will accompany the cutlets.

Cook frozen veggies, drain and add some S&P and butter.

Serve as a side.

Dredge your pork cutlets in flour, then egg, then instant potato flakes. Fry in oil until golden then transfer to a hot oven and bake for 20 mins on 375.
Mac and Cheese — boil macaroni, in another pan heat some (about 1/2 cup) milk or cream, add in some garlic powder, salt and pepper and butter, and then put in lots of chunks of velveeta until thick and melted. Add to cooked macaroni and let sit — it will thicken upon standing.
2 buckwheat pancakes and top with a topping you make from
peeled apples, cinnamon, sprinkled with sugar and butter (put all in some foil and bake in the oven for 1 hour on 350) and syrup.

Get some hamburger and make goulosh! Yum

Just enter the ingredients you have on hand into any of these websites and they will give you a list of possible recipes you can make…

Here’s my personal list….
