Check out on the net cuisines that use chili peppers a lot- Mexican, Indian, Caribbean, Thai etc. And then experiment! If you tend not to eat hot food, then be a bit cautious at first about how much to use in the recipe, as chili tends to be added according to how hot people like their food.If you prefer a milder taste, then slice in half and remove the seeds and pith, as these parts are hotter.

Think about what kind of food you already like, and try those sort of recipies first. My favourities for home grown fresh chilies are Guacamole ( ripe avocadoes mashed with fresh chili, fresh coriander, lime juice and chopped fresh tomato, no cooking involved and great as a dip with tortilla) and a thai prawn coconut curry.__
