What are the health risks from eating too many mouthfuls of sesame seeds?

I enjoy eating sesame seeds by the mouthfuls as a snack. Is it possible to eat too many and get sick?

i think seseme seed are a healthy snack plus they are yummy

they are actually very good for your health. I heard that sesame seeds give you good complexion so i guess thats a bonus!!
However, eating too much of anything may make you sick. The thing now is, how much is too much for your body to handle?

too many? Well, nuts are usually high fat and oil, can’t think of much else. According to the following information, the fat can add up pretty quick…

“Sesame seeds are 25 percent protein and are especially rich in methionine and tryptophan, often lacking in adequate quantities in many plant proteins. One ounce of decorticated or hulled seeds contains 6 grams of protein, 3.7 grams of fiber, and 14 grams of total fat. When toasted they lose nutrients, scoring 4.8 grams of protein, gaining a little fiber at 4.8 grams, and packing 13.6 grams of total fat. “

Diverticulitis.
