I heard there’s an ingredient in sugarless trident that can cause stomach cramps and convulsions if eaten in heavy moderation
* Alcoholic beverages
* Apple seeds
* Apricot pits
* Avocados—toxic to birds, mice, rabbits, horses, cattle and dairy goats
* Cherry pits
* Candy (particularly chocolate, which is toxic to dogs, cats and ferrets, and any candy containing the sweetener Xylitol)
* Coffee (grounds, beans, chocolate covered espresso beans)
* Grapes
* Hops (used in home beer brewing)
* Macadamia nuts
* Moldy foods
* Mushroom plants
* Mustard seeds
* Onions and onion powder
* Peach pits
* Potato leaves and stems (green parts)
* Raisins
* Rhubarb leaves
* Salt
* Tea (caffeine)
* Tomato leaves and stems (green parts)
* Walnuts
* Yeast dough
Chocolate if I remeber is one…
Why dont you just have the poor animal put down? Its much easier for you and kinder for the animal.
Why????
Milk isn’t good either.
dogs will be ok if they eat a small amount of milk chocolate but if they eat dark chocolate they should be takin to a vet and also they cant eat a certain type of grape seed bcuz if they do they will continue to vomit until they die but u should probably look that up on google er somethin
well, it all depends on your animal (no i dont mean whether its a dog or a cat). there are certain dogs that can eat tomatos, yet when my dog, Gunther, ate a tomato he died a few days later from it (he was a cocker spaniel). so, definitely think ovr what you’re going to give your animal, and when you give it to them for the first time just give them a little to see how they react to it.
but almost all meat is good for them — just make sure that you keep it in fairly small parts so they dont choke (no i dont mean minuscule, but u know wut i mean)
Thank you. That was informative.
You pretty much have covered the list of “not to eat for dogs”. My sis runs the SPCA on the west coast and is always a foster “mom” for one breed or another. She has said NEVER give dogs turkey, chicken or pork bones because they splinter while being digested and can cause major problems, especially the smaller breeds. Great awareness for us all!
A previous dog of mine chewed on a very expensive, favorite pair of shoes of mine. That was nearly deadly to him (LOL)
Also anything unsafe for humans. They can get the same bacteria from uncooked food like raw meat.
I guess shampoo and dry wall go without saying.
Hope the fur ball’s not giving you trouble!
P.S. Some studies suggest radioactive cockroaches may cause heart attacks–in the poor puppy’s owner!
