Rolled oats are just oatmeal. Like quaker. =) Good luck!
The canister of oats used to make the cookies are generally called rolled oats. Rolled oats are traditionally oat groats that have been rolled into flat flakes under heavy rollers and then steamed and lightly toasted.
They are just Quaker Oats.
