What am I doing wrong? ?



Ok, I’m not a fat person but I am not at all..slender..maybe a little overweight? I seriously want to lose alot, and I AM committed, already lost a tiny bit, but nothing at all noticeable. This is basically my day;

-wake up late -+12:00 (I go to bed around 4 so = 8 hours)

-shower -+ 30 min

-eat some fruit; apple/watermelon/papaya (whatever available)

-drink lots of japanese green tea (hot, plain)

-go on computer/read

-eat a big salad; tomato, cucumber, mixed salad, virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, french salad dressing (which may have a lil bit o sugar)

-maybe eat some brown rice and chickpeas an veg/stir fry

-go to the gym around 6:00; maybe do 10 min warm up, 5 min stretch, 30 min run, lift some light weights 10 min, and do 50+ situps
OR; warm up, hour yoga class, and maybe a 15 min run.. about 4/5 times a week..

-eat 2 onigiri’s (japanese rice balls) and some more fruit.

Sorry havnt specified much but basically I just sit around at home all day, just keep eating out of boredom not hunger, and go to th gym in the evenings

Please give me any advice you guys have and ill answer any more questions that might help you have a better idea, thanks!

also I have stoped eating bread, only sometimes rye bread w/ bannanas and honey and I am not a vegan but I HARDLY eat meat/dairy/eggs (ugh) but I am a HUGE fan of fish especially sushi and sashimi..
I run about 10 miles an hour (km? no?) so end up running about 5,6,7 miles depending..
thanks every1! but Im not interested in weight loss fads. I just want healthy diet/exercise plan,
a regime would be perfect!! :)

Noway. please wait till its reduce itself.

diet: sounds like too much carbs not enough protein… cut carbs, maybe try protein shakes if u don’t like meat.

exercise: I would recomend training twice a day. maybe at home to 3x3min jumping rope, as many pushups n sit-ups as u can do, 3×10 lunges and 3×10 squats.. increase your speed on the treadmill as often as u can… how far do u run on the treadmill in 30 min? what speed u set it on?

you may be gaining muscle. muscle weighs more than fat. try measuring your waiste instead it will help. plus fruit isnt the best it has a lot of sugar. and a lo of japanese food has a lot of carbs and those onigins are rice balls which have carbs because of the wheat. and olive oil and wine vinigar have some calories watch out for that. you may also have slow metabolism.

you definitely need to quit eating like a bird and your metabolism will start kicking your body into gear if you are doing all that exercise and still eating like that and not losing weight your body is fighting you for control eat like a man
