Tips on best diet to choose?
I’m 44 yrs old, have multiple sclerosis which does slow me down and keeps my exercise minimal. A recent dr’s visit showed high cholesterol and borderline glucose – and a new boyfriend
Ideally I’d like to lose 15-20 lbs – I weigh 145 now so it will be a slow go. I’ve done WW before and it worked, a long process but a good one. Part of my issue is that I’m not a veggie or fish fan – love carbs
I’d like something that allows some variety – love beans, legumes, starches of any type which I know can be worked in.
I’ve had two friends have success on Nutrisystem. What are your experiences with Nutrisystem, Jenny Craig, etc.? I’d appreciate any advice or thoughts about the best way to do this.
Thanks so much!

Hi,
I have MS and am pre diabetic. I am doing aqua exercise and taking Metformin. Doing steroids (solu medrol) contributed to this, but I have gained weight over the years since my diagnosis and divorce.
Have fun with your new bf.
