Yes this is very healthy. Make sure your satisfied with this though if you don’t feel like this satisfies you eat some more.

my diet is kinda similar but wid more protein….but so tht i dnt get fed up i let myself eat whatever i want once a weeek

if you don’t have any health problems like insomnia, fatigue,headaches etc then that’s fine.
