Well, tea has caffeine in it also, so if anything, you’re only going to get more energized.
your know tea has only slightly less caffine than coffee, your in for a real caffine crash later. i wouldnt drink anymore 2day
What i advise ppl with coffee addictions, or even caffeine addictions, is to start drinking black, green or white tea. these are the most common, best tasting (for me the white tea) coffined teas. after one gets used to those, they can start drinking other teas out of habit.
an interesting fact about those teas is that they are all from the same plant, just handled differently.
also, green tea detoxifies your body, a litre a day is what kept me going.
what u should know is that hose teas also cause a slight loss of appetite, for a male thought not tragic, but a woman should watch out if shes already skinny. (I drank 2 litres a day to loose wait, worked fabulously!!!)
