Superfoods instead of multivatamins?

Instead of taking a multivitamin daily, I feel like I would absorb the nutrients better if I get them from what I call megasources, or foods that are overloaded with one vitamin/mineral. By overloaded I don’t just mean rich in that nutrient, I mean a food for which one serving size gives you several times your daily needs for that nutrient.

In order to do that, I need to make a list of all the megasources. Here’s what I have so far, and I want to make sure that it is accurate, and I want to fill in the gaps. I am focusing mainly on antioxidants, as you can see.

Vitamin A (retinol): Liver
Beta Carotene: Sweet potatoes
Vitamin E: ?????
Zinc: Oysters
Selenium: Brazil nuts
Clarification: I wouldn’t eat a whole serving of all of these every single day. I’d have a fraction of one (i.e. 1 oyster, 1 brazil nut, 1 oz liver, a small amount of sweet potato, etc)

I wouldn’t eat the megafoods because you shouldn’t have over the daily intake of vitamins unless told my a doctor you should.
