store bought chicken salad. Is it healthy? ingredients listed?

sry. It doesn’t have the amount of the ingredients but here are the ingredients in order.
white chicken, salad dressing(soybean oil, water, vinegar, sugar, egg yolk, starch, modified food starch, salt, mustard flour, spice, paprika, natural flavor, dried garlic) celery, sugar, corn syrup, salt, citric acid, carrageenan and spices.
It came in a 1 pound container. Is this a healthy chicken salad about how many calories does it have in 1/4 of a cup of it and a half a cup of it?

sounds fine, but it probably would be healthier and much cheaper if you just make your own

They would be using a full-fat ‘salad dressing’ which can really pack on the calories. Chicken is healthy, but what they’ve done to it is not.
