‘Skippy’ Peanut butter’s labels says no trans fats but the ingredients say hydrogenated veg oils?
Skippy peanut butter made in NJ, states in its nutrient panel as having zero trans fats. However, looking at the ingredients it states (‘partially hydrogenated vegetable oils (cotton, soybean and rapeseed) to prevent seperation. Aren’t trans fat and partially hydrogenated oil the same thing? So are they lying ? Confused…
