Refrigeration of bananas is not advised. Why? Similarly can dry fruits’ taste be preserved by refrigeration?
Quite often nuts, cashew, walnut etc dry fruits get discoloured and/or taste sour and become inedible. Is it advisable to keep them refrigerated to allow them to retain freshness?
Will they still retain all the nutrients ?

When you put bananas in the fridge, they turn black and mushy.
Nuts can be stored in the fridge or freezer to retain crunchiness, etc.
