Recipe for chocolate to use in a chocolate fountain?
I have some recipes, but they all include using Crisco, which makes it taste greasy. Anyone tried any other recipes that taste like quality chocolate, but still flow nicely?
Thanks!

Use almond bark. It is usually pretty cheap. Chocolate is hard to make since you have to grind up the sugar particals and if you get any water in it you will have fudge.
Nestles morsels work very well. Just melt them first then add to the fountain.
u can by some or you can go t o rachelray.com She has all sorts of recipes
just use chocolate chips
I highly recommend using dark chocolate, or anything that has cocoa butter content of 45% and up. Check out the source for the ideal chocolate for a fountain.
