Recipe for chicken drumsticks using these ingredients?
I bought chicken drumsticks and wanted to possibly bake them for dinner tonight.
I have eggs,milk,flour,bread crumbs,spices,canola oil and pam cooking spray.
How would you prepare the chicken? Fried? Baked? Which breading? Any ideas would be awesome! Thanks!

Sounds like Fried chicken to mee. I would dip them in the milk coat in a mix of spices and bread crumbs and fry or roast. = Fried Chicken
coat the chicken with the spices. spray baking sheet with pam and bake.Enjoy
I’d use the egg/milk mixture to dip the drumsticks in, and SEASON the breadcrumbs with the spices that you like……place them on a rimmed cookie sheet lined with foil and bake them at 350F for about 25-30 minutes, turning them once…….to test for doneness, pierce the largest drumstick and if the juices run clear, you’re good to go….
Some oven roasted new potatoes and a salad or a green veggie (love my broccoli!!!) on the side makes a great meal…Enjoy!!

Season to taste the chicken drumsticks ( spices) place in roasting pan and add 1/4 cup of water in the bottom of the pan. Cover chicken with aluminum foil in a preheat oven at 400 degree for 45 minutes to a hour .
When using the following ingredients : chicken drumsticks, eggs, flour and canola oil you would be frying chicken.
1. Get three dishes out. In the first dish/bowl put flour mixed with a little garlic, onion powder and seasoned salt.
2. In the second dish beat two eggs toghether with a little water in it. Dredge the chicken in that.
3. In the third dish, copy the first dish (flour/spices add oregano)if that is all you have, if you have the following ingredients use these: 1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers, 1/4 cup of parm. cheese, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, I like panko b/c they are crunchy or make your own and 1/8 cup of instant potato flakes, and some more onion and garlic and a little oregano. Roll chicken in this and then put on a tin foil lined pan or in hot grease to fry.
If you want to you can then bake for about 40 minutes until temperature is 165. You could also fry. I have never fried drumsticks, (only breast with this recipe) so I am not sure of the time but I am sure you could. Good luck.
