Reading canned lables, whats good and whats bad?



I’m going through my pantry and low fat black bean refried beans have autolyzed yeast, and that doesnt sound good. Is it bad? And if so why? Any other thing to look out would be helpful to know, and if you could tell me why too. Thanks!
