Quick dinner, few ingredients?

I am cooking for one, exhausted, and haven’t been feeling well so should eat something moderately healthy. I HATE warm tuna, and had spaghetti last night and roast chicken n potatoes the nite before. I have:

Onion, garlic, sweet potato, baby new potatoes, and a few baby carrots

Boneless skinless chicken breasts, burger patties, chicken fingers, and frozen peas.

Margarine, american cheese, real brick cheddar cheese, tortillas, ketchup, mayo, mustard, ranch and strawberry jam.

White rice, spaghetti, rotini, flour, breadcrumbs, tinned black beans, tinned chickpeas, tinned diced tomatoes, tomato soup, chicken broth, beef broth, and tomato sauce.
