Please help me more clearly define my horse’s color?
I have a Saddlebred/Tennessee Walker filly thats a few days shy of three months old. I was told she was a “medicine hat” sorrel and white paint, but after doing research… I was wrong! She has pretty much completely shed out her “baby fuzz” and has a beautiful gray/black line bordering all her sorrel spots… I thought this was what people were considering “medicine hat”, but since it isn’t… What is this called? Thanks!!!

Repost your question under the horse category with some photos and you’ll get 20 answers in 5 minutes..
You should wait a little longer for a clear color, she still will have more baby coat to shed. Then you will see her true beauty
I looked at your other question in the “Horses” section. The pictures you showed make her look like a normal tobaino (maybe a tovero). The coloring around her spots is just her skin showing through the white hairs.
Those are the American Paint Horse Association’s guidelines to both color patterns. See which one your foal fits best.
