Please Help! Cooking Question, fairly easy?
Hello, I am 13. I have cooking on Wednesday and we have been asked to cook something healthy on a specific country. I want to do Italy because it is easy to cook pasta etc. I want the dish to be easy, and has to be done in less than an hour. I was reading the back of a pasta packet the other day, and it said something about a mediterranean dish. Just vegetables and pasta. Something with peppers and things.
I live in the UK, so the ingredients are quite limited.
Thank You to everyone who answered!

1 lb of pasta (not noodles, but short type like penne or bowtie/farfalle)
a jar of roasted red peppers
one yellow squash or zucchini, chopped up into chunks
1 cup of broccoli, chopped up
a jar of sundried tomatoes, drained
olives, if you like
a couple of cloves of garlic, chopped up
cook the pasta like the package says, drain
melt some butter in the skillet and add the garlic, cook for a few minutes, then put in the zucchini and broccoli and cook for about 3 minutes.
pull a few peppers out of the jar and slice them up.
chop up the tomatoes if you want. add these to the veggies and heat up, then combine the pasta and veggies. You can put olives on top if you’d like.
