On the nutriton facts of canned peaches in heavy syrup do they exculde the syrup in the calorie content?
Does the company exculde the calories of the syrup in the canned peaches on the nutrition facts? If they don’t exclude the calories of the syrup can you tell me approximately what percent of the calories of the entire package of canned peaches is the heavy syrup.
Thanks, I just never eat the syrup and was curious to see how many calories I save by throwing out the syrup.

no, they don’t. I’d say maybe around 50% of the calories come from syrup, but if you rinse them in a colander really well you’ll be okay.
